I practice therapy rooted in curiosity, connection, and meaningful growth. I’m dedicated to supporting folks who may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety and depression.

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in both Massachusetts and Maine
Trained in Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale
