Hey there, I’m Kirsten.

I practice therapy rooted in curiosity, connection, and meaningful growth. I’m dedicated to supporting folks who may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety and depression.

Education & Experience

  • University of Massachusetts Amherst, BA Psychology

  • Simmons University, Masters of Social Work (MSW)

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in both Massachusetts and Maine

  • Trained in Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale

  • ***working to complete Educator, Bringing Baby Home through the Gottman Institute and Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C) Postpartum Support International

  • Perkins School for the Blind: teaching young adults with visual impairments and additional disabilities learn and apply social and emotional skills. I encouraged students to foster independent living skills such as self-advocacy, personal safety, and executive functioning

  • I coordinated a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program aimed at medication management and treating co-occurring disorders such as substance abuse, anxiety and depression

  • Experience working in residential programs, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings
